On Site - Project Consultancy Services

Once your project is underway… we’re still very much here and available to support you through the build. Different projects of different complexities, and homeowners with different levels of experience will all require a different level of assistance. We’re here as much or as little as you need to help guide you through your project to completion.

How it works…

During the build phase of your project, something may come up and you’re not quite sure what to do.

For example:

  • an unexpected finding during the early stages of demolition and opening up the house, which needs a design change.

  • your builder is not sure about a particular construction detail

  • an extra cost which you don’t understand/agree with

  • you need help with sourcing materials & finishes

  • you need recommendations of specialist suppliers, or other consultants

You reach to out us, and we provide our expert help and assistance as needed at our hourly rate.

  • need assistance with the tendering process

  • want us to arrange the appointment of Building Control

  • need us to compile a Building Contract (with the appropriate clauses, terms & conditions)

  • want consultations to discuss design decisions or other aspects of the project that may require our expertise and input

  • would like us to review contractor proposals, changes or other documentation to ensure it aligns with the project goals and specifications

  • need recommendations for materials, finishes or fixtures.

  • want guidance on compliance with the Building Contract, Building Regulations, and any other legal requirements that may apply to your project.

  • would like assistance with addressing unexpected challenges that arise during construction… subject to our area of expertise in architecture and design.

Perfect if you:

  • Access to our expertise and years of knowledge acquired from all the projects we’ve managed and overseen to completion (we’ve got many stories to share!).

  • Access to our network of professional consultants, specialist suppliers and other trades within the industry.
